Air hostess

The first flight attendant was a steward in 1911 - when the zeppelins were used. The first uniforms were made to be durable and practical. Some airlines even let the personnel be dressed as nurses. Otherwise the normal look for a flight attendant was more like a military look.

The colours of Varig airlines. So this time I feel that I should take the Varig logo a little bit further. As you know flight attendants, known as stewards and air hostesses, dress in uniform. So I’ve used the main colours in Brazil’s flag - green and yellow. The passengers should easily recognize the personnel on the flight. The main colour is green and the dress, in the example, has yellow high-lights. One could also have a version that was yellow with green stripes. Together with this uniform they all have a little hat, which also has the matching stripes. The end of the sleeve should be the same colour as the stripes. On the chest or sleeve they can have the wings. They should be in gold to give a more exclusive look. One could also have matching bags and accessories to this look. These – I’ll make some other day.
