I have recently designed a new logotype and brand-package for Nordic Gym. Here are the new business cards. They have their famous slogan “Lyft inte skrot” on them too.
Nordic gym is a company that sells training equipment to a variety of different clients – gyms, rehab-facilities, military-camps and companies that want their staff to stay fit and healthy. They are located in Bollnäs, Hälsningland, Sweden and have been around for some 30 years. When they started out, most of the machines were designed by Christer Eriksson. Nowadays the design-team has grown considerably and they are developing more and new training-equipment on a daily basis. The company began originally with Benny Eriksson and Christer Eriksson and the first years they called the company “Heavy gym”. After all these years, of course, the team at Nordic Gym has grown and there are lots of talented people working there – all giving and making Nordic Gym into what it is today. That is team-work for you! They are all out there to help you to feel better – and live longer!
Today training is so much more than just “pumping iron”. It is you investing in your future! I would say the best training is – the training that actually gets done!

I have made some business-cards the other day. They are for a client of mine called Elit Instrument. They work with and sell industrial components for temperature, pressure and band-clamping. There is a very broad range of products and knowledge within Elit Instrument – they have been around for almost 65 years– very inspiring and a super challenge to work with.
The business-cards have to stand out but still give a corporate feeling. That’s why we have chosen to go with the all-black cards with a white font. A little green arrow to tweak the look a little bit – as an extra high-lighter! All this should of course fit their clean and trustworthy logotype.

One of the old and well-known bakeries in Stockholm! It is run by the very talented Mattias Ljungberg – as I have mentioned before. Together we are making things like cups for coffee and cartons for ice-cream or cookies. All of these things that are produced and contain different products made by Tössebageriet, and going out to customers, are draped in Tösses’ colours and graphics. Of course the logo is on as many products as possible – placed in an elegant and tasteful way!
It is good for Tösses’ to present itself in many different ways to its clients and give the impact and feeling that Tösses’ is worthy of.
They make super cakes too – one of my favourites is ”Garbos tår” as in Greta Garbo!

Here are some business-cards that I have designed for Mattias Ljungberg – the very cleaver and talented confectioner. He needed something to give to his clients and people he meets on his world travels. He has a very famous bakery and coffee-shop called Tösses or Tössebageriet. If you have the opportunity to come to Stockholm you should take the chance to go past Karlavägen 77. There you can taste some of the most wonderful creations – tarts, cookies, cakes and much more. The graphics and design are meant for use on several occasions – cups, packaging, websites and many more things that portray Tösses spirit and brand.
Mattias Ljungberg and I were both involved in making and designing (I was of course mostly involved in the design) the “Royal Wedding-cake” for the Swedish Princess Victoria and Prince Daniel. It was a great honour to work with this project, cake-stand and wedding-cake. Other members in this group to create the “Royal Wedding-cake” were Günther Koerffer, Conrad Tyrsén, Maria Grave and Jennie Elmerfors – some of Sweden’s most talented confectioners. I can tell you more about this in the future.
Now I have to set off to meet Mattias Ljungberg for another exciting project that we are involved in… I will keep you posted on what that is later!

Niklas Ladberg and I have known each other many years now. He is a talented director who has worked with several different advanced productions through the years. You can see and read more about that on his website – www.storyboard.se . He has won awards for his work at Promax too!
The business-card you see is with his new look and profile that we finally got finished not so long ago. The logo is a unicorn. Hope you enjoy his new and improved look. And of course – Good luck to you Niklas!
